How Does Sound Therapy Work?
The most immediate effects are full receptivity and relaxation. With a group of crystal bowls tuned to 432Hz and 440Hz, these healing frequencies allow the wavelengths to penetrate an individuals cells without resistance. Crystal bowls working along with Reiki (Universal Energy), assisting an individual into a meditative state, channeling their Source, and tapping into their unlimited healing energy.
Each bowl is uniquely keyed to correspond with an one of the seven energy centers (or chakra). Each chakra host different fields within the body, and each fields cells begin to react when the vibrations from their desired tone are felt. This causes the cells in the body to move, they begin to wake from a sedentary state, they start to de-cluster, becoming drawn to each other harmoniously, and dance together in new formations. These transformations allow the facilitation for an environment for all the systems in the body to release toxins and dis-ease, and the reintroduction for proper oxygen consumption. Furthermore, creating an environment for molecular strengthening and repair.
Each experience varies as you feel different levels of impact on your physical, emotional, and spiritual Well Being, all depending on where you are within those planes in that moment. This is a Reiki infused Sound Bath. In this session, your sound healer will give you an overview of the days cosmic events to help guide you in setting your intention. Once youve discovered a comfortable position, lying down, or seated in easy pose, we will then begin with light breath work to help calm, center, and ground yourself. Once the breathwork has been completed, your sound healer will move right into an arrangement, played live on the crystal singing bowls, that will activate, cleanse, and begin healing your chakras/energy centers. Once the crystal bowls portion of the sound healing has been completed, a selection of reiki healing music will be played to help you slowly return to yourself, and allow the energy to wash over you gently before slowly rising from your experience. Please note, that mats, blankets and pillows are available here, no need to bring anything with you. You may bring small provisions (ie: crystals, good luck charms, etc.) with you that you would like to have attuned in the sound bath.

This is a Reiki infused self healing practice accompanied by the healing frequencies of Crystal Singing Bowls. This technique is best practiced while seated in easy pose.
We begin the session with a throat soothing tea to properly lubricate the vocal cords as a pre-warm up. And after a brief cosmic overview for the day, we then begin our diaphragmatic discovery with some light breath work to help calm, center, and ground yourself. Once the breathwork has been completed, your sound healer will then guide you as you sing/chant your way through the chakras. This practice, assisted by the crystal singing bowls, will activate, cleanse, and begin healing your chakras/energy centers. Once the vocal portion has been completed, your sound healer with play a short arrangement to gently Re-Ground you before you rise from your experience. Please note, that mats, blankets and pillows are available here, no need to bring anything with you. You may bring small provisions (ie: crystals, good luck charms, etc.) with you that you would like to have attuned in the sound bath.

We will begin this Reiki infused session with a throat soothing tea and discuss the Days cosmic events. Next we will move into the self healing practice of Vocal Chakra Activation. We will sing/chant our way into alignment by holding the corresponding vowel sound and note for each chakra. This practice will then be followed by a sound bath meditation, in which, we allow ourselves to begin healing on a cellular level.
