Attunement Scheduling Form

After you have completed the purchase of your manual, please complete the form below to schedule you attunement date. Please attach any forms necessary to prove completion of levels. Attunement dates will be scheduled no less than 7 days from the original purchase date of the manual. If, for any reason, you need to reschedule your attunement date, please send an email to heybabe@babetowncalifornia.com, you have up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Attunement dates rescheduled less that 48 hours from the originally agreed time will require a fee of $150 to reschedule.
